THE ORISHA TAROT

The Orisha Tarot is a 78-card tarot deck created by Andrew McGregor (Oba Tilemi), a tarot reader of over thirty years and an initiate in the Lukumi (Santería) tradition. Released through Llewellyn, the deck weaves traditional tarot structure together with the cosmology, symbolism, and sacred energy of the Orishas honored within Yoruba and Lukumi lineages.

Each card reflects the character and mythology of a specific Orisha, offering a way to explore tarot through a lens rooted in West African and Afro-Caribbean spiritual traditions. The accompanying guidebook provides context for readers already familiar with tarot as well as those newer to Orisha spirituality.
